*This is compressed  turquoise, NOT reconstituted. Compressed turquoise has been hardened by the use of pressure. Because Nacozari turquoise is a relatively soft stone, it has to be hardened in order to be cut or carved. This block is comprised of Nacozari turquoise nuggets that have been compressed then stabilized using a colorless inorganic salt and resin process . We use no dyes. This piece is not "enhanced" and is not reconstituted turquoise.

All of our turquoise beads are genuine natural color. No dyes. Never "enhanced" or "treated".
